WELCOME!

Summer has been so much fun, for us and for the dogs! The dogs enjoyed splashing around in the kiddie pool and chasing the hose. There is
nothing better than a happy, wet dog.

Have you ever boarded your dog? If not then day camp is a great way to get your dog ready for "the big day".
Day camp is where you drop your dog off in the morning and pick him/her up in the afternoon/evening. He/she will play with other dogs (if that's
okay with you) all morning. By noon, they are ready for well deserved naps and lunch/snacks. Then, it's time to play again! Day camp is a GREAT
way to socialize your dog, help him/her burn off extra energy (which that energy can lead to bad habits) and it's fun for them AND great exercise
(without them even knowing it!). Day camp will help your dog feel more comfortable around other dogs, other people and different settings. Day
camp is great even for dogs with separation anxiety from their owners because they meet new friends and they realize at the end of the day, you do
come back for them! Day camp can also help with crate training.
Still not sure? Call or email us to talk about your dog starting day camp!

Welcome new Dog Trotters campers: Sam, Darby, Daisy, Shadow, Romeo, Millie, Dawson, Finn, Linus, Houli, Bella, Mo, Sampson, Otis, Mollie,
Tucker, Max, Sable, Sonsie, Biscuit, Bailey, Chopper, Maggie, Spunky, Sandy, Emma, Rowdy, Garrett and last but not least,  Never.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the "dog wash" to help support the Harnett County Animal Shelter. We did not have a big turn out but
every dollar helps. The animal shelter is always accepting donations. Check out their website at harnettanimalcontrol.com .
On their website you can also see pictures of some of the dogs and cats available for adoption. They have really great dogs up there who are looking
for a good home.
Do you have any extra towels, blankets, bowls, food, leashes, collars, litter pans, etc? Old newspapers? If so, you can donate them to the Harnett
County Animal Shelter by bringing them to the Crepe Myrtle Celebration and finding the Dog Trotters booth.

Come check out our booth and meet us at the Crepe Myrtle  Celebration!
